Our company has been engaged in the construction of wooden logs for 10 years. We build both cottages and all year-round homes.
We are able to build a house for any project.
Wood we use comes from Murmansk in Russia with high-quality winter cuttings. The dry and frosty climate of this region makes them have better insulation properties. Constant cooperation with the local sawmill allows us to achieve the best quality of wood with a simultaneous favorable level of prices.
We build homes for spruce log with a diameter of 160 mm to 240 mm.
Our advantage, however, are houses with spruce because of its properties of both health equipment - because it is definitely warmer than pine and visually nicer.

Wood:

Wooden balls create a microclimate that guarantees the well-being and full recuperation. This has a positive effect on the psyche and also allows you to relax and rest. The walls of the houses were built of log. It is breathable inside and outside thus ensuring its proper humidity regardless of the weather conditions outside. This building is extreamly stable. Well preserved and properly used houses with thick logs can be used for several generations

The waiting period for the construction is three months,

at the time of signing the contract 30%must be paid in advance and then, at the initiation
assembly of the house another 40%, with 25% placing stories
and after placing roof trusses last 5%.
